Symphony mobile production truck - our flagship production truck with complete 4k, HDR, and 35mm production capability from camera to recording. Equipped with Sony HDC-5500 and HDC-F5500 cameras, 4 M/E Grass Valley Kayenne XP switcher, Studer Vista audio console, and Fujinon 4K and cinema lenses, this truck was built to provide uncompromising, cinema-grade quality to every production.
Cameras
Sony HDC-5500 and HDC-F5500 "Venice Live" cameras are at the core of our zero-compromise production philosophy. These cameras provide 4k, HDR with global shutter, and available with 2/3" or S35 sensor - without the need to switch CCU's in advance. Capable of all frame rates from 23.98 to 120fps, no other camera is so well equipped to provide beyond cinema-grade quality. Add our array of UA 2/3" and PL-mount lenses, the imagery is simple perfection.
Audio
Studer Vista I Console provides 128 channels of multitracking and mixing, with fiber-optic stage boxes, local analog audio, AES pairs, or any combination thereof. Our genelec-SAM calibrated control room provides premium, accurate monitoring, and a Nuendo/Pro-Tools rig (with SoundDevices Backup) ensures separate acquisition for making the perfect mix.
Switcher
Grass Valley Kayenne 4 M/E with K-Frame XP and Full-raster 4K UHD/2160p license are at the heartbeat of Symphony. Loaded with 18 DPM's, UHD ImageStore, DoubleTake, and 16 channels of internal up/down/cross conversion, this is the defacto switcher for live broadcast production.
Recording
The "tape" section of Symphony puts all the tools for easy, organized acquisition within arm's reach. Twelve self-redundant BMD 8K Hyperdecks on board can record ProRes UHD/HQ in HLG/Slog3 all the way down to 1080 4:2:2/H.265 files (and everything in between). Each machine is loaded with a 250gig cache providing redundancy for a failed drive or even power failure. Controllers and SSD loading access are conveniently located in the control room. Additionally, Millumin, Xpression, ProPresenter and optional EVS Replay Server provide exceptional quality video playback.
Graphics
Graphics are powered by Ross Xpression 12G as well as two M1 Macs running Millumin or Pro-Presenter.
